Our unit H-3 has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms.

Sleeping accommodations: Master bedroom King size bed, upstairs bedroom has 1 Queen and 2 single beds. Unit H-3 has an outside shower-head to wash-off the salt water and sand. Maximum occupancy is six persons. Shared Association pool with sun-deck, umbrellas, tables and bathrooms.

Amenities

Full kitchen, dishes/utensils/cookware, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washer/Dryer, all linens/towels/beach towels, Satellite dish, 3 TV/DVD players, stereo, phone, deck, screened porch, Charcoal BBQ Grill under unit. Vehicle parking at mainland and scheduled ferry trips are included.

Rates

Minimum rental is 3 nights. Holiday weeks (additional $100.00)- Starting Summer weekly rate is $1,625.00, and Winter weekly starts at $1,735.00, these rates include the use of (1) golf car, a departure cleaning fee, taxes, plus all amenities. A refundable Security Deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve the unit's time. These rates are b.0. 4 persons, maximum unit occupancy is 6 persons, $10 extra per night per person over 4.

Hideaway Bay Beach Club Ferry-Boarding is located at 12000 Placida Road, Placida, FL. Once there, you will find push-carts for luggage and groceries you can take on-board the Ferry-boat and roll to our unit on the island, we ask that once you're finished unloading you take cart back to where the ferry parked in front of the pool and garage area for others to use. The unit has three levels, garage underneath , second level is actually the most used and finally the third level is the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Once inside the unit you'll watch sunsets from your front porch, enjoy serenity of no traffic on the island, golf cars are only means of transportation. Island is accessible by personal boat or Hideaway Bay Ferry-Boat service, refer to Ferry Boat Schedule for times.

Ferry-Boat Information:

Sundays & Mondays 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. (every 2 hrs)

Tues, Wed & Thurs 8 a.m.-11-2-5-8 p.m.

Friday 10 a.m.- 10 p.m. (every 2 hrs)

Saturday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. (every 2 hrs)

A 9:00 a.m. trip has been added daily until further notice.

Garbage Collection

Please take the garbage in plastic bags, place it inside the wooden bins by the road before 3:00 P.M. daily for pick-up, do-not place after such time as the local critters will destroy them making it harder for pick-up. Thank you.

Saving You Money

We have stopped advertising through VRBO-HomeAway whom we used for over 10 years and have gone on our own in order to have more flexibility in how we conduct our Customer Service process and thereby saving our customers money. VRBO charges a booking fee and Damage Insurance policy adding anywhere between $300-$500.00 to your stay.

Golf Car Restriction

Golf cars have a minimum age restriction for drivers 16 years old, the captains can stop those drivers under their jurisdiction and remove the keys for under age drivers, no refund of car rental, if this were to happen.
