Your security deposit is fully refundable, no questions asked- providing you cancel thirty days before scheduled taking possession of the unit. The weekly rates are based on up to four persons. Additional persons up to unit maximum of 6 will carry $20.00 extra per person per night. Summer rates (May 1st thru Nov 30th)= $1,725.00; Winter rates (Dec 1st, thru April 30th)=$1,835.00. Holiday weeks additional $125.00.

A refundable Security deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve the unit's time. Fully refunded if no damages are done to property. Deposit will be refunded within 20 days of your departure date.

Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Minimum stay is 7 nights, maximum occupants 6 persons. Check-In is 2:00 P.M. Check-Out is 10:00 A.M.

Full rental payment amount required 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Special rate for monthly rentals (b.o. 28 nights) for 4 persons during summer months starts at $4695.00 and Winter months start at $5,195.00 does not include unit's golf car. But does include a departure cleaning fee, and taxes. Also, free parking for your vehicle in our mainland fenced-in parking lot, and all scheduled ferry-boat trips during your stay

Once Deposit Is Received:

Long Term Rental

Little Gasparilla is a bridgeless barrier island with seven miles of secluded white sand, shell-laden beaches only minutes from the marina. It's geographically located on Florida's West Coast, approximately 40 miles north of Ft. Myers and 50 miles south of Sarasota. This gulf-front unit overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with multiple dockage on the intracoastal waterway.

Once Deposit Is Received:

Upon receiving your deposit we will forward an informational letter confirming the transaction, will provide the gate combination for your vehicle parking across the street from the Ferry-Boat dock, as well as lock-box code for the unit front door. Inside the unit you'll find a set of keys on the kitchen counter. Once inside the unit, we suggest you place the single key back inside the lock box and remember the code in case you lock yourself out. At the ferry landing you will see a gazebo and plenty of posted informational signs. Please follow instructions and allow the folks on the boat to exit before you start to embark onto the ferry-boat. The captain on duty will give you the go-ahead upon verifying your paperwork.
